Both will report to Jason Carpenter, Senior Vice President of Operations, and play a key role in ensuring optimal service delivery to hospitals and surgery centers.
Matt Fogg, who will oversee the Central Region, brings more than 15 years of experience managing high-volume plasma centers in Indiana. Known for building and inspiring high-performance teams, Matt thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. His leadership style focuses on collaboration, bringing departments together to meet shared objectives, making him a perfect fit for the dynamic demands of the healthcare industry.
Justus Donaldson will be responsible for the Midwest Region. A former track star at the University of Evansville, Justus developed a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences as a planner and buyer for a rural retail chain in Illinois. He has an extensive background in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM) and LEAN Operations. His analytical approach and drive for operational efficiency will be key in maintaining and enhancing service quality in the Midwest.
