Brentwood, TN, January 17, 2023 – Vantage Surgical Solutions announced today the appointment of Jason Carpenter to the role of SVP & General Manager of the company’s ophthalmology division. Jason has been with Vantage for more than 23 years and has been instrumental in driving customer experience by crafting and executing efficient and streamlined operational systems. His focus remains on building world-class solutions to address the ever-changing needs of the ophthalmic surgery market. Jason will continue to report to Christopher Swing, President & COO.

Jason began his career with Vantage in 1999 and has held positions in clinical delivery, supply chain, and operational leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University and has served on the Board of Education for St. Anthony of Padua Schools with four years on the executive committee, including two as President. Jason also serves on the Scholarship Committee for the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce and advises the CEO Mentorship program.
