Brentwood, TN and Effingham, IL, February 13, 2022- Vantage Surgical Solutions announced today that it has promoted Janice Carpenter to Vice President of Finance. Janice joined the company in 2013 and most recently served as Controller. Her new role expands her responsibility and incorporates greater engagement in the company’s growth strategies.
During Carpenter’s decade of service to Vantage, she has led a number of financial and technical initiatives that have helped to fortify the company’s infrastructure. Throughout her tenure, she has supported the organization with meaningful analytics and forecasting that have allowed the company to thoughtfully expand. Her role has been, and continues to be, vital to all aspects of the organization, from accounting systems, human resources, and inventory management, to sales support and mergers and acquisitions.

Since 1991, Vantage has delivered specialty surgical services to the ophthalmic/ cataract specialty area.
