[Effingham, Illinois – June 17, 2025] — Vantage Surgical Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of Scott Watson and Mark Peters to its Surgical Sales team. Scott will lead partnership development in Utah, while Mark will support providers across Kansas and surrounding areas. Both report to Bec Söll, Regional Vice President of Sales.
These strategic hires reflect Vantage’s continued investment in strengthening regional partnerships and delivering high-impact surgical solutions to hospitals and health systems across the country—particularly in rural and underserved communities.
Scott Watson – Delivering Strategic Support to Resource-Challenged Providers
With deep experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, and clinical sales, Scott Watson brings a strong foundation in helping hospitals implement systems that solve complex challenges. His experience includes leading regional and national growth for companies such as AirLife, InVita Healthcare Technologies, and Haemonetics, where he helped hospitals adopt solutions for anesthesia, respiratory care, and blood management.
Scott’s approach is especially valuable to rural hospitals that often face limited staffing, budget constraints, and fragmented access to specialty care. He takes time to understand their environment, align solutions to their goals, and ensure a long-term path to success—whether they’re launching a new surgical service or scaling an existing one.
“Scott has the technical knowledge and emotional intelligence to meet providers where they are,” said Bec Söll. “He’s a real partner to hospitals that want to deliver more care locally without overextending their teams or budgets.”
Mark Peters – Supporting Access Through On-Demand Surgical Solutions
Based in Lenexa, Kansas, Mark Peters joins Vantage with a strong background in mobilizing surgical technologies for hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices. His experience includes serving as a Territory Manager for On Call Surgical and later for ForTec Medical, an industry leader in providing on-demand access to advanced surgical technologies—including lasers and imaging systems—used across multiple specialties.
Mark understands the challenges rural hospitals face when trying to offer specialty services with limited infrastructure. He has built his career helping providers access the tools they need, when they need them—without the burden of full-time investments. His service-first mindset and experience in surgical technology delivery make him a trusted resource for hospitals seeking to grow efficiently and responsibly.
“Mark has spent years delivering exactly what hospitals need—timely, reliable access to surgical capabilities,” said Söll. “He knows how to help rural teams expand services without taking on unnecessary risk or cost.”
Building Local Solutions with National Support
The additions of Scott Watson and Mark Peters are part of Vantage’s ongoing commitment to helping hospitals do more with less—bringing essential surgical services closer to home and supporting long-term sustainability in a changing healthcare landscape in rural and underserved markets.
