[Effingham, Illinois – May 1, 2025] — Vantage Surgical Solutions is proud to announce the promotion of Bec Söll to Regional Vice President of Sales for the Midwest region, reflecting her exceptional leadership, clinical insight, and deep understanding of the unique needs of rural healthcare. Bec will now oversee sales strategy and support for a growing team across North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah, reporting directly to Sean O’Donnell, Chief Growth Officer.
Bec’s story is rooted in rural America. Born and raised in small-town Iowa, she built five successful family-run businesses over the last 30 years while simultaneously growing a healthcare career that spanned two decades—from EMT-B to RN. Her clinical background includes experience in surgery, emergency medicine, ICU, Med-Surg, ophthalmology, and endoscopy, with firsthand knowledge of both rural hospitals and Level 1 trauma centers.

As RVP of Sales, Bec is focused on helping hospitals deliver more to their communities—especially as rural and critical access facilities continue to navigate provider shortages, reimbursement pressure, and specialty service gaps. Her team works alongside hospital leaders to deploy customized surgical solutions that increase access to care, strengthen service lines, and ensure long-term sustainability.
