With a wealth of experience in provider-side operations, Nathalie brings a unique perspective to the team, having served as the Director of Physician and Provider Relations-Surgical Services for HCA of Virginia.
During her tenure at Henrico Doctors Hospital, Nathalie played a pivotal role in implementing strategies to drive surgical volume growth across multiple specialties. Her expertise in managing surgeon OR utilization, block time, outreach, and equipment positions her perfectly to help drive innovative surgical solutions for Vantage’s customers and prospects.
